For Lichen Sclerosus
Please be aware that if your medical practitioner has prescribed full use of a steroid and has not toned down your use, it is important to know that the steroid is there to treat the condition, where as Paladin is for the alleviation of symptoms....If you leave your steroid off for a while you may be helpingthe fusing process.. We know our cream works to alleviate our soreness and itchiness and makes our days and nights more bearable but as you know from reading my site details it is not a treatment for LS. I have fallen foul of the feeling that i can do without steroids and that they have a bad name but these days the use is a great deal safer than years ago....The Steroid medication stays beneathe the surface of your skin, fighting the Lichen so that you hopefully have a better chance of not fusing so badly. Paladin works on the surface controlling your skin eruptions and cooling your irritations......We all have bragged about the leaving off of our steroid treatment since using Paladin but we do not want to 'so to speak' clean the top of our furniture without tiding the inside drawers. So please check your medical advisers use of all of your products....Stay safe.Marilyn (comfyskin)

Hi there, just like to say, that i have been using Paladin for the past 6 wks. WOW, what a difference it has made, never even thought about Dermovate during this time. I visit the gyn/oncologist every 3 months, had lots of surgery in the last 7years and at last have found something that has given me hope.. A GIGANTIC thank you, glad I found you.

Paladin is a must for anyone suffering with soreness..I have tried numerous creams but have had no benefit apart from the steroid cream I had to use at the start also for anyone who suffers from rectal soreness through LS should find Paladin eases that too....

I was diagnosed with LS and had been using a steroid for about a year, when I read that quite a few fellow sufferers on different sites were mentioning Paladin and so I searched and found that a lady sufferer was bringing it to the UK......I have since bought and used it for about 2months and can say that my steriod tube has not been touched apart from a small back passage flareup when it was used once......I use Paladin morning and night and it is absolutely great. My skin is replenished and smoother and the sores are gone. ...I know its not a cure but at least I dont suffer whilst they find one!!!!!....Thanks comfyskin.

Hi, Ive used paladin since April. When I had my LS under control I used paladin every day,(more than once if I needed).
I've only used my dermavate once during this time...
I too use Paladin and like you have done for 4months or so in which time i have had one small flare up
which is loads less than i used to with the likes of sudacreme or dermovate...
I am over the moon with the paldin cream. I know its a bit thick but it does work
just make sure you rub it in well but obviously gently. I just cant believe my results and niether can my gynaecologist I havent used the
dreaded dermovate, betnovate or eumovate for months and months and it has gone completely from my vulva.
So hopefully if you persevere with it you may have good results too. D.
For Nappy Rash
The comments below came from our american site who have had the priviedge of having this ointment for many years available over their counters,,.........now its here in England and given time word will be out........
A) We have used this item on our own infant and have found it to be the best product on the market. Paladin is much easier to apply than the tar - like products and has no odour.

B) Working with small children and infants has been easier for me since we began to use Paladin Diaper Rash Ointment in our skilled care unit...I use Paladin the first sign of diaper irritation and the response is immediate,,,,
Paladin is now on our list of 'must have' products
C) Paladin Diaper Rash Ointment has been found by me to be a very effective and cost efficient means of treating Diaper/nappy rash in newborns and young children. Talcs and diaper/nappy rash powders have been shown to increase the risk of bronchitis ad pneumonia in infants, so these products should be avoided.
I am pleased with Paladin and will continue to recommend it as an aid to controlling non-specific diaper/nappy dermatitis.
D) I do not usually get impressed by consumer products but your product Paladin is absolutely wonderful!!My son has had diaper/nappy rash for over 3months and I had tried everything available, including prescription medications, to relieve his discomfort and raw red bottom. A pharmacy manager suggested I try Paladin. I bought it,fully thinking that I was wasting my money, but having spent many many dollars etc., so far ,why not try it. In 24 hours his rash was nearly gone and in 48 hours, hardly a trace was left.
My only disappointment was that I had not found Paladin earlier.
